Spring Please Come...Please

I was literally golfing in 65 degree, sunny weather the day before and then the next morning this is what I get. Not really appreciating the moisture this week. Missing my California home!!!

We had a couple of days where the sun came out so we thought it was spring. Really it was just wishful thinking as it snowed the next day but it was nice while it lasted.

Taking It Easy While Dadio Is Hard At Work

After botox injections I spent a few days in Tetonia recovering, which included relaxing in the hot tub...followed by me bathing in sun while Dadio drained the hot tub, cleaned, and refilled it for me. It takes quite the effort to maintain such an amazing thing. I hope Dadio knows how much I appreciate him doing this for me! Thank Dadio! 

February Summary

As I mentioned, 2014 started out with a "bang". February left me exhausted as well. Due to being so sick my body rejected the botox injections I had at the beginning of January, which meant each day, each week, I became tighter, had more pain, and limited function. Luckily I have a great doctor, who was able to get authorization from my insurance to do the injections again instead of waiting until April. At the beginning of March I had botox injections again and they worked this time! Needless to say I've been doing a lot of napping and laying by the fireplace. Have I mentioned that my fireplace might be my favorite part of my house?! 

Froyo Date With These Three Crazy Ladies

These three were really good helpers today so we went for Froyo! And yes, we all sat at the kid table. There are benefits to being so short! Love my girls! 

WPMA Convention

We went to Las Vegas for our WPMA convention (where all the oil folk get together for a few days and enjoy being awesome). We also hit the outlets for an afternoon, luckily we brought our own pack horse along. 

Amie and I were sous chefs for Sam Choy at the Ladies luncheon. We received these cool Hawaiian aprons as well.   

Classic Matty...

Just in case anyone is wondering, Las Vegas Hotels have taken design lessons/design choices from yours truly. This is the same granite I have in my master bath. The Cosmopolitan hotel has the same granite that is in my kitchen in their hotel too. What can I say? I've always been a trend-setter.  

Landon Has Found A New Buddy

Matty almost took little Landon home with us. This cutie was pretty content just cuddling with his big teddy bear.
