The magical pitcher of grape juice. Each day this pitcher is full of grape juice (the most superior juice on the earth), when I think I run out of grape juice it magically is full again the next time I open the fridge. I must have a grape juice magical fairy...or maybe it is Mama Berry. :)
Bedtime herbal tea...calms the muscles right down.
